·        All interior doors to be solid core (no bifolding doors)

·        Crown moldings in foyer

·        Increased Interior Amenity Packaged of $8500 for customer selections in shelving, security, central vacuum, sound system components, bath accessories, mirrors, shower doors

·        Increased lighting allowance to $3,000

·        Increased appliance allowance to $5,000

·        Increased carpeting allowance to $25/ sq.yd.

·        Marble tile shower walls and floor/Jacuzzi deck in Master Bath

·        Complete irrigation system
